On the menu: 2 nights in a refuge, in small groups, in the heart of the mountains.
Yoga, Pilates, meditation and Pranyamas punctuate the weekend to warm up gently, enjoy the moment or relax at the end of the day.
The traditional and authentic chalets offer a simple but cosy comfort, for a real moment of escape and softness.
Evening meals, breakfast and lunch are included.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
The reservation will be confirmed 3 weeks before the start of the holiday, once the number of participants has been reached (6 people) and payment has been received.
Requests for refunds will not be accepted less than 2 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Full days during which discovery, learning, sports activities and soft practices are combined.
On the menu alpine skiing or ski touring, Yoga, Pilates, meditation, muscular awakening, DVA initiation, itinerary preparation… Depending on the conditions and inspiration.
And of course the healthy lunches!
Wake Up Pilates is a real warm-up session specific to skiing.
It allows you to gently work on strengthening the muscles of the chains used during skiing and to become aware of the positioning of the pelvis.
Gentle, recuperative Hatha Yoga practice after a day of skiing.
Connection to the breath to release areas of tension, meditation and Pranayama.
A moment to listen to our sensations and to introspection.
Initiation and sensitization to the use of the DVA (detector of Victims in avalanche).
Itinerary preparation and ski touring (600 to 1000m of D+).
Test of the Blizzard ZeroG skis.
Resumption of the fundamentals of skiing, work on self-confidence and the ability to control your skis smoothly.
Improvement of the pelvic position with the help of Pilates.
